Good day everyone!

My fiance and I are preparing to file for the K1 Visa. Question is, How is the proper way to present relationship evidence? Since binders aren't allowed, How do we properly put them together? Do we just photocopy our phone conversations, print photos and write behind it where we were that time? Please help! your advices will be deeply appreciated. Thank you!

What I personally did is I printed out pictures and glued/taped them to a A4 piece of paper, writing about the picture's location/date. I had 2 pictures per trip, 6 trips, 6 pages. And then I also included boarding passes. Me personally, I had everything in those clear protection things, but later found out it's a hassle for them. It's better to photocopy the boarding passes so they don't get lost, or staple them to a piece of paper. And then in the end I'd grab a huge paperclip and paperclip it together. I'm unsure if a paperclip is allowed, but it probably is right?

Thank you for sharing! I didn't see them point out that paperclips aren't allowed. I might actually tell my fiance to do the same thing as you did. Thanks again!

I used google docs and just inserted the digital images into the pages, typed a description/date on each page, saved as PDF and printed them out in color, works pretty well.

Yeah, same. I put photos and scanned tickets/etc in a big google doc file, wrote descriptions on each page. Don’t glue or tape or staple anything, if you have to do that copy the whole page afterwards and then print a «flat» copy.

I copied all of my photos into a word document and typed descriptions (where we were, the date, and if anyone else was in the picture I named them) below the photos. I also included copies of flight itineraries, boarding passes, and if there were any tickets or event confirmations that corresponded to any of the photos, I included those. All of my evidence was topped with a cover letter that briefly explained our story as a couple and included the dates of every trip we made to see one another, corroborated by the flight itineraries included.

Others in this thread are correct, do not use staples or sheet protectors. There is conflicting information about paperclips and binder clips, but for what it's worth, I did use miniature binder clips and paper clips and there seemed to be no issue.

We took our digital pictures and inserted them into a Microsoft word document, added text boxes underneath with descriptions, people, dates, etc. We also took screen shots of a bunch of our Facebook Messenger chats and did the same thing. Then we scanned boarding passes, hotel reservations, AirBnb reservations, passport stamps, etc. and put them all together in a timeline of our meetings.

Did ours on MS Word. Started with a cover page with photo of us and lil bit of love story background. HAHA

Then a bulleted list of what's on the file. Started from chats before flying in to see me, airline confirmation, his boarding pass, hotels/Airbnb and restaurant reservations. A photo or two for each date and short description and who else was in the photo of us if there's any. We included remittances, gifts we sent each other etc.
