How can you appear in person when they don’t have appointment online nor they don’t answer the phone . Unless I fax all the documents to them

It says on the link above "Applicants outside Iraq can apply for a certificate through the Iraq Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence"

Yes , we tried call there office they never answer , nor we went there they didn’t let us in coz need appointment  it how can u have appointment when they never answer the phone call

Hello thank you for the information yes I saw the book online appointment but it’s written in Arabic  even I choose English it won’t .when I try to search method it will say “ write barcode number ? Or search by doc details.

You’ll need a translator/agency that can help then. Good luck.
