Hi! I am admitted to the US on a K-1 Visa. My fiancé and I got married and we filed for adjustment of status. We received the receipt notice and just recently we got RFE notification. It was stated on the notice that we must submit evidence of the joint sponsor’s status. We did not include my joint sponsor's birth certificate in the packet that we mailed to USCIS. My question is, do we need to submit a freshly prepared I-864 form along with his birth certificate?

By the way they also included on the next bullet a generic message (as shown below) which made it confusing

To me this RFE is stating that you need evidence of the Joint Sponsor's status, and the part about the petitioning sponsor says that they couldn't determine that they meet the 125% of the poverty level, which is why you got a joint sponsor I'm assuming.

I believe that once you send in the evidence of the Joint Sponsor's Status, it will make the point about the Petitioning Sponsor moot since the Joint Sponsor will then be fully qualified. (Assuming that their income is sufficiently above the 125% of Poverty Guidelines for the properly assessed household size).
