2 NBI and 1 foreign Police clearance

hi people!!!

just wanted to ask... regarding the NBI for married women... do you have to get 2 NBI clearance as a requirement? one for maiden name and one for the married name??? do they need our marriage certificate for that???

one more thing.... anyone here who have requested Police Clearance from Abroad? i have to get a police clearance from Qatar, and I have read that I need to have a set of fingerprint from NBI to send together with my request...how did you go through this process from NBI??? is there a fee for that from the NBI? and what do they need as a requirement???

April 24, 2008 - interview and VISA APPROVED!

May 02, 2008 - visa in hand, had the CFO stamping done at once, bought ticket online...

May 03, 2008 - flew to US to be with stinky love...

July 22, 2008 - Sent AOS Package to CHICAGO Lockbox

July 24, 2008 - received package

July 29, 2008 - NOA for AOS and EAD

Aug 01, 2008 - Touched....

Oct 01, 2008 - Received EAD

still waiting on AOS

You only need 1 NBI Clearance.

Even if you are married, YOU STILL have to input your maiden name in the form. So single or married, NBI can still trace your record and it will generate only 1 result.
