Unauthorized work and filing taxes for f1

Hi everyone

 

My girlfriend is an f1 student who worked unauthorized during 2024, we are planning to get married this year (I am USC) but need to file her taxes for 2024. When the time comes to adjust status we will be saying 'yes' to having worked unauthorized so we need to make sure we get 2024 taxes settled. She was paid under the table also. How should we go about filing, or should we contact a tax profesional/immigration lawyer?
