Hi everyone, I submitted my I-751 last week and logged into my USCIE account today and there’s a section called “my uploads” and it has a few of the things I submitted in my packet I-751.

My question is: why did they only scan a few random documents I sent from my packet and why is it under my uploads when I never uploaded anything?

thanks :)

Okay got it. I also received the 48 month extension in my portal. Is this the official copy or will I be getting one in the mail as well?

No this is not an official extension letter. You will receive physical letter printed on watermarked paper. The physical letter is what you can use for air travel and proving your GC is extended at places such as DMV.

and if I don’t have the letter in the mail yet can I still travel without the extension letter as my CR1 Card does not expire till May?

Yes, you can travel internationally as long as card is valid even without extension letter. You need to make sure the GC is valid on the day you enter the US if you don't have extension letter.

Also, remember you may be scheduled for biometrics appointment while you're travelling. Missing appointment is very undesirable as it pauses proceeding of I-751 and also can lead to eventual denial. So it's always best to leave the country after biometrics are reused or you attended the appointment.

Transcripts only show both names when it’s a joint return, which is why in this case a copy of the return plus the transcript is stronger evidence than the transcript alone.

Okay got it, so basically an official letter will come in the mail. As for biometrics I also see in the portal that my biometrics is waived and they are using my previous on file.
