Hello There, little simple question about K1 Process After K1 Process As I Know We Can File I-485 And EAD Same Time So How Much Time We Need For EAD Card In AOS? After Marriage If Someone Have Knowledge And Share I Will Be Grateful Thanks For All.

Yes, you can file the I-485 and I-765 at the same time. We just got Jaycel's EAD Card in the mail in January. She entered the country on the K-1 Visa in August. It took just about 5 months from when she entered the country until she got her EAD card.

If you look at our Timeline or Our Story, it took us 6 months to get the EAD after  expedite request. AOS was approved after 9 months. Approval times can vary greatly.

From what I have read I think 6 months is an average amount of time it takes to get the EAD card but from what I have seen recently people have been getting theirs a little bit before that although of course that timeline can change
