DS forms

Hello my fellow VJ'ers from the Philippines.Regarding this DS forms required during interview,is it ok to fill it up handwritten (especially the DS-157)?! and this DS-156 which expires on 09/30/2007, are they still good and acceptable after it expires?!or are they going to update a new version?!

I noticed the last DS forms expired July 31st and it took 10 days before any updated ones were available, including on the DOS website. My fiancee's interview is on the 2nd of October so I hope they accept the 9/30 forms. This must happen often since they're only making the forms good for a few months at a time.

got confused too with the ds forms that the embassy sent.ds 157 and ds156k is already expired.wat will i do?will i fill it up handwritten or online?pls help..............

they are requiring to fill it up online. ds-157(1 copy can be handwritten since the bank will give you a copy of it after paying the visa fee.
