I-751/N-400: Is anyone else outside of normal processing times?

My N-400 was submitted in August 2024. Local processing time is around 6 months. Are there people with pending I-751s who are still waiting? I feel like most people with similar applications have now completed their journeys.

Pending I-751 can slow things down for sure.

It looks like there are about 20000 people who filed in August 2024 who are still waiting for one reason or another.

What is your local office?  Comparing nationwide data is mostly irrelevant for the N400 as the processing times are governed by the local office handling the N400.

Seattle so most are being processed within 5.5 months. 
 

I’ve been asking via EMMA but the agents said the case is still processing normally and to basically stop asking.

Submitted my N-400 06/30/24, Interview was 12/03/24, was more or less approved on the spot but since then have not heard back (IO assumed I still have a oending 751, even though I had my 10 year green card with me). 

 

My status online has not even updated to interview scheduled. Not sure what is going on.

Did you not mention you have 10 ywar GC? I'm surprised officer didn't ask for GC either.

I was nervous and forgot. He did not realize it either, even though he had it in front of him and made copies of it.

If he had copies of it, he should realize it by now...

The good news is after 120 days after interview you can sue USCIS for decision.
