Hello there. Me and my girlfriend just started our journey for K1 Application. Now I'm confused about one thing. As I See We Need I-134 Form for this application I have few questions about that if someone can answer and help us I will be really grateful. Thanks for all your helps. Thanks for everything...

1 - My girlfriend not living on USA actively. She is US Citizen but not living on USA actively. So can we use Joint Sponsor for I-134? also she have application still ongoing for her parents she applied for her parents in I-134 there is a question like did you fill I-134 Or I-864 for someone else. If the co-sponsor he uses for his family and the co-sponsor he uses for me are different people, can we skip this question or should we answer both situtations?

2 - The I-134 Form need to be filed with I-129F I mean am i need to send this form to USCIS directly with our application pack because some people saying this form filled signed and take with yourself on visa interview what we need to do? am i need to send it to USCIS With Form I-129F Or just finish it and take for interview?

3 - If We Use Another Joint Sponsor In I-134 which documents we need to provide his income and resources like a tax return and more? Also in this situtation who need to sign I-134 Petitioner Or Joint Sponsor? If Someone else be a joint sponsor In I-134 I Need Their signature instead of petitioner?

consulates will usually accept a co-sponsor on the I134, but yes, if she has sponsored others she will need to disclose that.

The I134 is needed for the interview.  No need to fill this form out now for the I129F submission.

Tax returns, or better yet IRS tax transcripts will be required as evidence for the I134.
