Paying Green Card Fee for Daughter

Hi there! please help me. I tried to pay for my daughter's green card fee today before she gets here. But it keeps showing this on the page " We could not find the A- Number " . The numbers I typed are from her visa stamped passport . Added 0 , didn't add zero but it's still not working. Should  my daughter call them or just wait for when she gets here to pay? Thank you for your help.

Just to be clear, you're using the "Registration Number" from the visa in the passport? And you tried adding a 0 to the beginning of that number so 55555555 would be 055555555? If that didn't work then I would try calling with the necessary information to pay by phone.

Thank you much! I figured it out. It was the DOS numbers. They don't want you to include the last 2 digits of it.
