What is the category of the AOS?  Marriage to a US Citizen? If so, was it from a K-1 Visa or no?

For your category these are the correct forms with I-765 & I-131 being optional

Thank you, I have the I-693 completed I just forgot to add it to the list, is it required to also send the vaccine record along with the I-693?
