You’ll find people who have expedited, but whether their experience would be relevant to you or not would depend on your reason for an expedite i.e. if it’s medical grounds etc.

 

When did you submit the I-130? Please fill in your timeline as well? It helps people help you, and pays it forward to others as well.

For the USC? OK, probably not that common but you can hunt around the forums and see what others have said. https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-a-chapter-5

 

Which consulate? Remember that even if the I-130 is expedited you’ll need to request expedition again with NVC and the consulate.
