Hi guys I need help! So my American spouse has reported a fraudulent divorce decree after I left the marriage. I arrived to US on spousal visa in 2021. She has an annulment that she won and I’m sure uscis will know soon. I need to make arrangements for the worst. How long will Uscis send me a notice of  intent to deny. By the way, I already got citizenship in 2024. My country is Nigeria.

For more history.  I agree with the other posters, and particularly @appleblossom, you may be better off giving up at this point and avoiding the expenses and court time that this case appears to be heading.

Good Luck.

It is your choice what you do but eventually you will be facing an immigration judge to have your citizenship revoked and to be deported since you obtained it through fraud. You could also be prosecuted for bigamy since having two wives is illegal in the US. You can try to continue with your childrens' petitions but understand even if they obtain a visa and come to the US eventually when you are denaturalized they will lose their green cards and have to leave the US also.

I submitted this also on your other post about filing for your children. But Lord why is it always Nigeria. Anyway

Look if she gets an annulment Sir it means your marriage never existed. Which means every immigration benefit you got green card, Citizenship is revoked. You filing for the kids will just have them look deeper.
Was this same divorce decree from your 1st wife presented with your I-130 filing? Was the traditional divorce documents submitted to the High court or the customary court (That makes a difference whether you are really married). Now USCIS in most case has no clue whats what but you can be dang sure the embassy will investigate and and find out f divorce documents are legit.
