My spouse filed his 2024 tax return on the weekend. The IRS website where you grab the transcripts from shows it still under process. From what I read online, it can take a few weeks for the transcript to become available.

Do we wait for this transcript to submit our documents for I-864 or should we just include transcripts for 2023,2022,2021 instead and take the 2024 one with me to the interview?

If you included the information from the 2024 tax filing on the I864 you need to include some evidence of that or you risk an RFE.  Personally, I would not wait, I would choose option 3, submit the I864 with transcripts for 2022, and 2023 (2021 is not necessary if 2024 info is included), and a copy of the return filed for 2024 along with copies of the W2s/1099s, then also take a copy of the transcript with you to the interview.

Good Luck!
