Hello everyone,
My fiancé and I want to apply for the K1 visa soon. I met him in 2021 during my exchange year, for which I was issued a J1 visa. I have already calculated the days I have stayed in my home country up to this point and came to the conclusion that 2 years have passed. However, I am wondering at what point USCIS will ask me for evidence that I have stayed in my home country for two years. Will they send me a notice, does my fiancé have to send it in with the initial petition or will I be asked at the interview and am expected to bring evidence? Also, what type of evidence should I compile? Are my university enrolment certificates, job contract, apartment lease, bills, along with my I-94 of the times that I travelled to the US in the past years, enough?

I would appreciate some help from someone who has already done this before :) Thank you!
