Hello!

Completing my paperwork for I-129f, and wondering of those who have applied for a beneficiary from a MENA country, how did you complete part 54? My fiancé is from Morocco. I know Casablanca is a difficult consulate. We've got mixed reviews saying to keep part 54 brief as USCIS doesn't care about a "love story" letter, but we've also heard people used part 8 as additional space to share their story. Would love to hear any advice about this, or any suggestions about the visa application overall from someone who has experience with this consulate.

I have currently completed a word document with the trips I've taken to Morocco including boarding passes, flight receipts, Airbnb receipts, engagement receipt, photos of gifts we've sent/given to one another, my U.S. docs, letter of intent to marry, and photos with my fiancé and their family and one of my siblings in various cities throughout Morocco. I am submitting my paperwork this week. Biggest concern is part 54.  Have our passport sized photos and payment as well as G-1145 form. Would love any advice on how to enhance our application, but specifically would appreciate advice related to part 54. Thanks!!

I'm not familiar with the MENA (Middle East North Africa) beneficiary requirements being any different to USCIS?

For Part 2, Item 54, it sounds like you two have met in person within the past 2 years. So list the dates when you two met and list the copies of the evidence for those dates like boarding passes, flight receipts, photos, etc. and include in the I-129F. Put in Part 8, Additional Information if you need more space.

For the interview, take all the original evidence in case the consulate asks for them. The interview comes down to is the beneficiary familiar enough with the US citizen to marry and can the US petitioner support the beneficiary? Does the beneficiary know your work or how much you make (from I-134)? Know your family members? Does the US citizen know the beneficiary’s family members? Specific details of first meeting like when or where or what, etc.? Specific details of the relationship like special dates you two celebrate, or religious conflicts, chat logs? etc.

Trust me, the wait and the interview is too stressful to fabricate a relationship. The consulate staff is trained to spot fake relationships. They may ask questions they already know the answers to see how the beneficiary answers? Best to keep everything truthful and simple to prove bona fide relationship.

Pro tip: while waiting for the USCIS approval and for the interview, spend the time getting to know each other deeply. Be conscious of the details of how your relationship is developing,  etc.
