Hi, I am US Citizen living in Pakistan for past 5 year to take care of my property here which worth about more than $2 million. I do not have kind of income as properties do not yield that much positive cash flow that is required by USCIS but the property itself worth a lot if I sell it.
I want to know weather I can sponsor my mother and my wife based of my property market value? Or should I move back to US and generate an income or find a co sponsor to do so?

This sounds like a better plan.

You cannot successfully sponsor anybody unless you have US domicile and enough provable income for USCIS.

What do you have in the US?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
