Hey guys!

I've been trying to find information on this topic on the internet. But I can't find much.
I've recently received an RFE from USCIS:

Quote

You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case:
Submit a copy of your medical examination report, Form OF-157 or DS-2053, that was
completed overseas. Your file lacks proof that a medical examination was completed prior to your
entry into the United States.

I have completed a medical exam in Germany in June 2024. The results were given to me in a sealed envelope which I have given to CBP - as it was instructed to me.
Once I arrived in the US, I had to receive the flu vaccine as that was missing in the medical examination. I submitted the I-693 in the I-485 (only the vaccination part) which was filled out by a designated civil surgeon.
Now, the USCIS is asking me for the German medical report.

I have already asked the doctor in Germany if they have that form on hand. But they do not.
From advice online I heard that I could reach out to the consulate for that form. But from what I know, the CBP sends that sealed envelope to the USCIS, not the consulate?
Which consulate would have that information if they do have it on hand, the US consulate in Germany?

Please help me out. Do I have better luck just redoing the exam in the US?
It seems like they have lost my documents because it's impossible for me to submit a form I wasn't allowed to have (sealed envelope).

*edit: I have tried emailing the consulate I was interviewed at in Germany,
but they rejected my email

Your email will NOT be answered

I've read their visa navigator multiple times. They don't have an option for what I'm seeking help for.

Flu vaccine is seasonal.

If it wasn't in season during the time of your medical exam overseas, you would have received a waiver on your DS3025 and it would be marked complete. Even if it was unavailable, you'd have recieved a waiver.

What does your Personal copy of the DS3025 state? Complete or not?

Your mistake? Likely submitting an I693 when you were already complete. You should have just have submitted a photo copy of your complete DS3025.

Why is this a mistake? Because adjudicators don't do K1s very often and are confused. Yours likely hasn't even looked in your a file yet to see your medical exam because you submitted a partial I693.

Your VJ timeline is blank. It needs to be filled out in reciprocity. Your timeline helps everyone while we help you. A blank one helps no one.

Remedy: Redo exam in full.

Hey,

I forgot about this in my main post, but I wasn't just missing the flu vaccine. It's more complicated than that. The german doctor couldn't complete my vaccination record because my vaccine report card was missing information. I have moved countries as a child and they messed up on the dates in the vaccine report. So I needed to reach out to my birth country poland and get that information from them. The german doctor said I can enter the US with an incomplete vaccine report and then complete it in the US. That's what I did.
I went to the US doctor and provided the missing dates and received the missing flu vaccine too. Only after that, my vaccinations were complete.

I have a photo copy of my DS3025, but it was incomplete so I submitted the I693 as well.
But the RFE is asking about the DS2053...

Nothing you can do if you don't have a completed overseas medical, vaccines included.

Completing the vaccines in the US and submitting a partial I693 is a ####### shoot.

My explanation stands.

Your adjudicator is confused. No recourse other than to do what they ask as you cannot have the embassy resend your overseas medical to you or anyone.

Redo the entire medical

But first....complete your timeline please.
