Extend the approval notice on my I-129F Petition?/I-130 PETITION APPROVED ALSO

Maybe someone has the answers: My wife is in Kenya and the I-129 petition has been approved. The approval notice has an ending date of May 9, 2006. I am concerned that everything will not be done by this date. Is there a way I can apply for an extension? Also The approval notice for the I-130 has been approved. Should I still go with this or do I wait for the I-129F to go through? :help:

Ok let me see if I understand. You are married and applied for CR-1 and K-3. You have a K-3 approval that will soon expire and your CR-1 was recently approved also and you want to know if you should pursue the K-3. My personal opinion is to pursue both until it is determined by the embassy that you must abandon the K-3. If you never have to abandon K-3 then you enter the US on that. At that time you need to decide whether to adjust status or return to beneficiaries country for CR-1 interview. There are positives and negatives of both.
