Also when you print it out, make sure the whole form is visible on the printed page:

If you complete and print this form to mail it, make sure that the form edition date and page numbers are visible at the bottom of all pages and that all pages are from the same form edition. If any of the form’s pages are missing or are from a different form edition, we may reject your form.

@Edward and Jaycel thank you for all your suggestions! Can I email you a copy of my initial form to see if I missed anything or filled out anything incorrectly? I have a feeling I did now and some seem obvious and others seem like I left blank but am not too sure to be honest. Also, although I know it's not legal advice and just a suggestion, can you confirm that the RFE is only requiring I send out the 129f form again? Does it make sense to include more evidence? At the top of the cover page I see that there's a box for "other" so also unsure as to whether or not I should write out what I am sending or include an additional cover sheet detailing what is included in the packet I am sending.

That appears to be what they are asking for... The whole I-129F but that second page of the RFE looks weird to me

By looks of it, they are missing page 2 of the actual RFE . You only got page 1 and the “cover letter” meant to be attached to the response. Respond with a letter and say RFE does not specify what USCIS is requesting,  . They will realize their mistake and RFE you a 2nd time for whatever they originally wanted. No harm in resending the updated form and any other evidence you may have

@IXL

Totally forgot to include page 2 and did not analyze the RFE thoroughly. I realized it was behind page 1. Now I see what they're asking for. Attaching for reference. I was going through a custody case with my daughter's mom in the past and seems like there were some orders of protection. They have all been expired. Would it hurt to send a correct form anyway aside from the requested evidence?

You have 13 records of Protective Orders for Domestic Violence…and likely as many arrests. You need help to first figure out if fiancé visa is way to continue.  Either way, read it a few times, you’ll see they want a lot from you

Another form is not asked for, no value sending

Do you suggest I attempt to fill out the form to the best of my knowledge again or should I seek help from an attorney to fill out and respond to the RFE altogether?

DV is very serious when it comes to K-1 visas.  You will likely need an attorney at some point, yes.

Hey guys,

Never been arrested and the orders are not for DV. It’s just a custody case for my daughter. I guess my daughters mom tried to pull every move she had to try and win the case. Long story short, I found my partner whom I’m trying to get the visa for now. Once I decided to put everything behind me, I decided to give up physical custody hence why the orders of protection ended. I believe these were all put in place by her since we were in court for about 3 years. Everytime we went to court the order of protection would be extended and I assume this is why it shows as 13 different ones. That’s the reason I checked “no criminal record” since it was a civil case in family court and not a criminal case. Hope this makes it easier to understand.
