Very unfortunate.

I managed to contact my family doctor in my home country and I obtained a vaccination paper rectifying the mistake and showing that I do indeed have the MMR Vaccine and not just the Measles. Is it possible to get the civil surgeon to rectify HIS mistake and mark it off as completed so I don't have to do another medical?

the only way of knowing would be to contact the civil surgeon in the US and show him the corrected vaccine paper and see if he will accept it

I contacted my civil surgeon a few months after my April 2024 medical asking for the DS-3025 form to be amended. They said that wasn't possible given that I had already had my visa interview.

When I got to the United States I visited the local Health and Human Services office.  They gave me a few more vaccines and added me to the state of Minnesota immunisation database. I paid $105 for a doctor to fill out the vaccination only section of the I-693 form. The nurse checked the immunisation database and gave me the final vaccine that I needed.

Does your state have an immunisation database? Can you get your doctor or the local human services office to update it with your correct vaccine record? Then pass the paperwork on to an immigration doctor. He/she will tell you what vaccines you need.

That seems like a quicker and safer option than trying to get the original form amended.

Look forward to hearing what you decide to do and what happens.
