you will probably just have to bite the bullet and redo the vaccines and medical

it is unfortunate but realistically your only option

You don't have vaccine paperwork from your country? In my country you can request an official booklet with what vaccines you have had and most of their serial numbers/batch numbers

The only vaccine papers I have are from my family doctor documenting everything I've had since I was a child. The system is very out of date compared to most Western countries and everything is on paper. These go back to the 90s so I'm not sure if they have the serial numbers/batch numbers in their official ledger but for my record they only put the dates in.

They mark everything needed but the doctor's sheet has no section for MMR, only Mumps so my MMR was marked there.

Hm, this is a very tough situation. It'll probably cost some money and time to fix it. When did you arrive in the US? (Filling in your timeline/profile helps us give advice!)

did the civil surgeon you went to in the states tell you that you only needed to receive the MMR vaccine? and then they would fill out and sign the I-693?

if so you can visit any pharmacy, receive that vaccine and the proof you got it, and then go back to the civil surgeon and have them complete the I-693.

if they said they said they don't believe that you received any of the vaccines, you will either need to get them again or pay for an antibody test (which would probably be more expensive and take longer).

i'm sorry you're in this situation but those are really the only things you can do at this point imo.

The civil surgeon is okay with filing and signing the I-693, he just refused to use my DS-3025 as proof and won't mark my MMR and my Covid (even though I told him the Covid shot got waived by the latest requirements). He will be adding my DS-3025 and my vaccine paperwork from my home country as extra documentation on my i693, he just would not accept the DS-3025 as proof and won't sign those 2 off.

then if i were you i would just get both of those vaccines (even the covid shot, regardless just in case someone at USCIS is forgetful) so the civil surgeon can sign off on both.

we know for sure the MMR is required, if he doesn't sign it off, USCIS may not accept your I-693.

I called my overseas physician to get a list of the required vaccines when I made my appointment but I could not get the last 2 doses of the Hep B since they had to be spaced out. That's not an error. I had everything else completed. They should have marked me off as completed since there was not enough time for the last 2 doses.

I've read through the thread and explanations.

Only one dose of any series is required. You did not need another Hep B IF it was too close to your last one. That wouldn't be the reason for them marking you as incomplete as they'd have given you a waiver for insufficient time interval.

If it wasn't too close and your PP didn't do vaccines as explained, you'd needed to come with a record of your latest dose for them to include it.

Seems like it's been assumed that it's the Hep B but it isn't.

All I'm saying. You were there to hear their explanation by mouth.

If your MMR record wasn't legible then that could be it.

Another option is to go to your local health unit for your next dose of HepB and then ask them to transcribe your vaccination history from the  DS-3025 and give you a copy. If you already have a doctor they can do this too. We did this for my kids for college so they would have a US style record.

I just checked my DS-3025 and I had a couple of questions. My Hep B vaccine on it has a B waiver marking insufficient time interval to complete the series. Wouldn't that mean I can just send the DS-3025 in instead of the i693? The doctor did not mark "Immigrant Visa or Parolee applicant completed vaccination requirements" but "K Visa applicant electing not to be vaccinated at this examination". Need to specify I was never asked anything as they don't offer vaccines there and the only thing I was told was I needed the last 2 doses of the Hep B. I have DTap, TT (Tetanus), IPV (polio), MMR, Varicella history, Influenza and Covid marked off on it. Am I missing anything else?

I managed to contact my family doctor in my home country and I obtained a vaccination paper rectifying the mistake and showing that I do indeed have the MMR Vaccine and not just the Measles. Is it possible to get the civil surgeon to rectify HIS mistake?

No. While accepting the fact DS-3025 isn't going to work and you need a new exam is difficult, it's a necessary step to ensure your I-485 is processed.

What exactly is the reason for that? Am I missing any vaccines?

your DS-3025 isnt going to work because the panel physician in your home country didn't mark the box "K Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements"

if that box had been checked you would have been able to avoid doing the I-693/medical exam at all

and you could have just submitted a copy of it along with your AOS packet.

I know that, that was a mistake on the doctor's part. I have everything needed on my DS-3025, she waived the other 2 doses of the Hep B but I got them later, she just marked it wrong for some reason instead of saying it was complete. Wouldn't USCIS just see that I have everything needed for complete the requirements?
