Hello everybody, l am hoping someone can help with some information. We were documents Qualified just over 3 months ago (Start November 2024) and were wondering if anyone knew how long it is taking now days to get an interview appointment? (IR1 spousal application) I get it we are still quite early in the big scheme of things but with 4 young children we do need to plan ahead for what is coming.

Any help or advice is appreciated

Many Thanks

Children of USC or the intending immigrant?

important if the bene's as the kids would need their own I 130 petition (with all the supporting documents)

I am the applicant; my wife is the petitioner, and we have 4 children (all 5 are US citizens i am the odd one out)

Thank you!
