Many credit card issuers don't expect USCIS charge. Just search VJ, people mention credit cards from Amex, Chase, Capital One, Bank of America occasionally blocking charges for USCIS fees.

Wow I guess I was lucky, my cc is awful, always declining for no reason but this time went through

We were lucky too! We also paid with a credit card (Capital One) My husband call to CO to let know about USCIS   transaction to prevent any inconvenience.

Calls are questionable. I was told by few people in CC industry most of these companies use AI for fraud detection. Human can only lift fradulent transaction flag after it was flagged by AI.

Well, I just telling our experience. My husband told Capital one about the coming transition for the amount of $750.00. He was told that it shouldn't  be any problem.  To took the risk!  We were worry after reading people bad experiences with credit card payment with USCIS.
