Hello everyone,

my dad filed for my married sibling in 2011.
In sep 2024, they were requested to submit Aos and the rest of docs. they just submitted AoS and the rest of documentation. One sibling received today documentation qualified email.

how long will it take to get interview date after docs been qualified?

Also, this petitioners income was not enough but assets, cash for petioner and applicant was way more than enough to meet income guideline. Statements for 12 months were uploaded. Before qualifying docs, they sent email to consider adding joint sponsor and have prove of all assets for interview consular.

Now that docs r qualified, and assets cash is more than enough to support everyone. Do we still need joint sponsor?

There is still no visa available to them, the current date for F3 category is July 2010, so a number of years to go. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2025/visa-bulletin-for-february-2025.html
