Hello everyone, myself Parth.

I am a US Citizen via Naturalization. I filed I-130 for my wife, and she lives in Canada, but is from India and has an Indian Passport. As of February it is still showing 8 months before USCIS processes our file. My wife wants to travel back to India to spend time with her parents, would it be possible to complete Visa interview process in India, considering we started it here? Or will she have to go back to Canada for interview?

Once the petition is approved, it goes to the National Visa Center, where you will have the option to keep the case at Montreal, or request it be transferred to Mumbai.

Thank you for your time to reply. I appreciate that.

Will I be able to transfer Medical and Biometrics appointments as well?

It's all or nothing.  Those appointments come only after an interview is scheduled.
