Does that mean that I should be ok?

No. It means you may be lucky, you may not. But by petitioning your children you’re massively increasing the chance of being found out.

Nobody HAS a right to be in the US except for GC holders and citizens (that have obtained their citizenship the right way). You obtained your citizenship because you lied to them... Yikes!

Why would filing for kids trigger it? Also, what are the odds that uscis is really hearing what she says and taking action?  I want to bring my kids from Nigeria. The American is mad but it is also my and my children right to be here in the land of free.

Lord why is it always Nigeria. Look if she gets an annulment Sir it means your marriage never existed. Which means every immigration benefit you got green card, Citizenship is revoked. You filing for the kids will just have them look deeper.
Was this same divorce decree from your 1st wife presented with your I-130 filing? Was the traditional divorce documents submitted to the High court or the customary court (That makes a difference whether you are really married). Now USCIS in most case has no clue whats what but you can be dang sure the embassy will investigate and and find out f divorce documents are legit.

The "land of the free" and the associated rights are for citizens, law abiding naturalized citizens and law abiding permanent residents.

This is not true, at least the "associated rights" part. The case law is very clear that the Constitution and its protections apply to all individuals within the United States, including immigrants without legal status. Might seem like a small quibble, but it's very important given the current rhetoric surrounding immigration and immigrants.

Yes it was the same document I used to now petition for my children. It’s the only one I had. The divorce decree is customary but I got it from my agent not the high court. I already received naturalization with it. It’s my right to bring my children here as a citizen of America abeg.

Even if you were a legal citizen (you’re not - it was obtained fraudulently and will be revoked at some point in the figure) you’d have no ‘right’ to bring your children here.

Plenty of people aren’t eligible to petition their relatives, it’s not a right at all.

Undocumented individuals have some constitutional protections, but are not entitled to all constitutional protections. Regardless, this person is not an undocumented individual.

This individual has willfully misrepresented themselves and concealed material facts when procuring citizenship.  This is 100% a violation of the INA as listed under the 14th amendment.  This person has violated immigration law and by continuing to present themselves as a US citizen, could face criminal prosecution as well.

As stated by the OP, this individual's children are not in the US and were not born in the US; therefore the children are not entitled to any US "rights" or benefits.

This is tangential to the conversation, since immigration benefits of course are a privilege, rather than a right, and it's pretty clear that OP has committed immigration fraud, so I won't belabor the point. All I'm saying is, particularly given the current climate, we should be mindful about how we discuss immigration and immigrants; "rights are for citizens and law-abiding permanent residents" (the implication being that they are only for those groups of people) is dangerous rhetoric.
