Hi, Try this address: Londoninfounit@state.gov

THEN:

  • USE THIS SUBJECT LINE: M11 - FULL NAME - REQUESTED DOCUMENT
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Immigrant visa case number
  • Date of your interview
ATTACH
  • The document that is checked on the 221g sheet you received after your interview.
  • Use a file name that clearly identifies the document you are sending (example Police Certificate -- YOUR LAST NAME)
ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES are required to be submitted via the courier service. Please refer to the email you would have received with instruction on using the courier service.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much. I have tried the same page but in the end it says PLEASE REFER TO THE EMAIL YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED WIYH THE INSTRUCTIONS ON USING COURIER SERVICE. but no email has been received as yet. Very annoying as the green slip given by the councillor office said I will receive an email within 1 to 2 days.  I called the embassy but no help

You could use subject line M99.

I would try M11 first and just explain in detail that you have not received any email instructions. Something has gone wrong, as they are very progress in London...

I assume you have checked your associated and registered email address is correct with:

https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv/users/sign_in

Also, any messages that may have gone into the 'spam' folder.

i agree! mum was told the same verbiage as you.

I see others on the slip an email address was WRITTEN.

And I'm not one to wait.

But if they want an upload of a W2 and courier of my BC, i'll just courier W2 and BC together.

Cause what can I do if no email address was emailed to me or no instructions were given other than "we will email you" - that's like the best instruction the CO can provide. It's ridiculous.
