i dont have police clearance from UAE where i worked before..Is it possible that i can still pass the visa interview .Is there any waive

Is it not possible to obtain a UAE police clearance unless you are physically in UAE to request it.  You will not be expected to have UAE police clearance at the interview.

The CO will put case in for additional security checks while they check UAE 

case on CEAC will say refused -do not worry as this is term they use till security checks are done

You will not need the police certificate for the interview. My wife had her interview in may and was not asked for the police certificate. Though we printed out the state department website guidance and had it with our paperwork just in case they asked.
