USA Tourist Visa for Parents

My Issue - not able to book an appointment date for the interview

I have been trying to schedule a B1B2 visa interview for my parents in Karachi for the last 10 days but no matter which date, time or location I choose, we always get the following message: "There are currently no appointments available. Please press the Back button and choose a new appointment Date."

I have called helpdesk everyday but they say we have to randomly check websites every few hours.
I haven't been able to find any help on this website or the internet regarding this issue.

I'm getting really anxious and stressed out from this.

Has anyone experienced this, and what should be done to overcome this situation. Please help.

Is there anyone who recently scheduled an appointment from Karachi and got a visa...?

Look as far out as you can and keep at it, the last update from the State Department shows 327 days wait time for B1/B2 visa appointments in Karachi:

However note that UStraveldocs is implementing a new system - once the new system goes live on Feb 8 the scheduling process might be smoother. Just don't expect that your parents will be able to travel in the next few months if you were hoping for that.
