With my fiance coming in a few days, he is wondering what documents he will need.

He got school transcripts, birth certificate, court report saying no criminal record, paper saying he's not married in morocco...what else does he need to bring for the rest of the process, for anything he might want to do here?

If I cause offense it is not on purpose, think about that before you take offense. If you feel offended, consider that maybe I'm not talking about you and maybe I accidentally stumbled onto a sore area and do not know. Thank you.

See if he can get copies of his medical file from his doctor as it may be of use to his new doctor in the US for medical history; if he is currently covered under any type of medical insurance, try to obtain proof of coverage as some US insurers require proof of existing coverage to provide coverage without a waiting period, especially for pre-existing conditions; copies of any prescriptions or at least the information about the prescriptions, including glasses prescriptions; any personally significant documents from his early years - they won't be needed for immigration but they are an important link to his own past and often have sentimental value; if he has any certificates of achievements (ie. training, apprenticeship, etc.) and yes, as you mentioned, school records.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

regarding the medical - the doctor may say that he is unable to give you a copy, if so then ask if would be willing to place it in a sealed envelope with his signature or stamp on the closed seal. We hadn't done that but with all of the people getting RFE for missing medicals that would save you another medical in the US if you get a RFE. At minimum you need a copy of the vaccinations - signed original to show to a civil surgeon in the US to be transfered to the I-693 vaccination supplement that is needed for AOS
