Got some ink on I797 extension letter, will it be a problem?

I accidentally got some blue ink onto my I797 extension letter:

 

 

Am I blowing this out of proportion or might this give me issues when attempting to board or re-enter the US?

Ouch! It depends on airline and their personnel. 

 

I'd try getting a replacement.

Not sure if you can use it to replace notice that was damaged.
