Two updates and still no visas issued ? What could be going on?

Ah, I see. Yes, both are essential and no visa will be issued without them. 

 

All you can do is chase it and hope they get a wiggle on. I think we’re about halfway through the 60 days towards a travel ban, so you’ve got a month or so to hopefully get the visa issued. Good luck!
