Hello, my wife has scheduled for interview at embassy.

I live in US and can't travel because of work.

After my wife gets her visa (CR1) at the interview, Can she travel/enter to USA without me?

Do we have to enter the USA together? Is there a risk of spouse entering the USA alone?

I am US citizen and she is foreign applying for green card abroad.

regards..

Can she travel/enter to USA without me?

Yes

Do we have to enter the USA together?

No

Is there a risk of spouse entering the USA alone?

Not really, but that depends on how well-informed the spouse is and on their level of English proficiency. The CBP will ask some questions during her entry.

Reading is what? Fun-da-men-tal!

As long as you are here in the US there should be no issue

She can travel without you / only rule immigration has is that u r in US before her or with her

the airlines have staff that are multi lingo so even if her English is not that great,  she can find help

Can u keep the trip to few layovers?

allow at least 2 or more hours for a layover as she will need to go thru customs there

This is a great point - Jaycel's POE was LAX and she had a 3.5 hour layover. By the time she cleared passport control, customs and made the trek from the international terminal to her gate for the connecting flight she only had about 45 minutes to an hour before her domestic flight here started boarding.
