Hello everyone. i am a turkish citizen and my boyfriend is american citizen and we want to marry in Turkey and then apply for a CR-1 visa. Is anybody knows how is process?

The process is set out step by step here - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition.html So once you’re married, start with Step 1.

How much time will you have spent together before marrying?

my boyfriend came to Turkey for my birthday and stayed for like 6 days and then came back 2 weeks later and stayed 33 days and he will come again in June  probably stay for 45 days, so in total before we marry we will spend 80 days together. Is it bad?

No, that’s good, just wanted to check you weren’t planning on marrying on the first meeting.

Once you’re married and have submitted the I-130, you’ll have plenty of time to have more visits and gather more evidence of time together before you apply for the visa too.

Good luck.

We want to apply for the visa as soon as possible because this is a long process and we want to be able together. Do you think we should wait after we marry?

You asked above about a CR-1 visa? You can’t apply until you’re married, you must be his spouse for him to petition you.

OK, so you can apply in June as soon as you’ve married in Turkey.

do you have any idea about how long we would wait till it's approved?

Current I-130 processing time is about 16 months (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/). Then the second stage will largely depend on the wait for an interview at your consulate (I’ve got no idea what that’s like at Ankara). Figure about 2 years overall, and then you can be pleasantly surprised if it’s any quicker.

But keep an eye on things between now and June, timelines may well change.

We filed right away after marrying.  Lot's of people do that.  As long as you file with good evidence, you will be fine.
