2019 was my biometrics. Yes, it's old. I hope I can request for a new photo to be taken.

BTW, I got my interview scheduled for April 14th! Yey!

Congratulations! That's about a month to interview being scheduled and another month and a half until the interview date. Very fast! Hope everything goes smooth for you!

My biometrics was a little longer back in December 2017, but I would be ecstatic to have it reused as it means one less trip to the ASC (only an hour away from me, but still).

Agreed. I'd count biometrics reuse as a blessing.

Thank you! Yes, it means it's fast moving in Las Vegas.

Anyway, I heard they ask if an applicant want a new photo taken during the interview of the photo is old. My green card photo was hideous.  I wasn't allowed a second take even though my eyes were almost closed coz I blinked!

In many offices, photo is taken as you check in for N-400 interview. The next opportunity for photo is when you apply for US passport. I don't think naturalization cert is that important when it comes to photo anyways. Good luck !
