Hi...

Just a quick question on untaxable income.

I am well over the 125% level, but alot of my total income is untaxable....( it is Service-Connected disability from the VA).....

When I file income taxes ( HR Block do it for me...LOL)...I do NOT declare my VA Disability( there is no where on the form for it).

I have all the documents and publications from the IRS and the VA to explain this untaxable income to attach to the 134.

My question is, seeing as I do not get a W2 for this income ( I just have an official "award letter"), can I still use this income for the affadavit?

Or do I need a co-sponsor ( God, I hope not)!

Hope all that made sense!

Thanks

Michele (F)

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

I would hope you could use it! My friend is totally disabled so none of his income is taxable and he eventually wants to bring his wife here so needs to be able to declare his disability.

Thanks

I was just going to go ahead an attach the award letter and the pertinent IRS/VA publications and DD214 to the affadavit, along with the bank letter, etc

I am like everyone else...I just don't want any delays once we get to interview stage (if we ever get there the pace that CSC/TSC is going), plus on another forum, someone was saying that they did not think you "could use income that came without a W2 for the affadavit"

Thanks for the responses!
