I am from Germany, and me and my fiance are getting married mid march in Germany. Can I enter the US with my B2 visa right after that? The wedding is the 15th, our idea is traveling the 16th to visit her family and have a sort of honeymoon there, but I'm afraid they won't let me in since they might think I will stay there.
Our intention is do a long distance marriage for some time and then come live to Germany, we don't want to stay in the US. I have ties to my country, but are they going to raise any suspicion on me when trying to enter? And should we go together or separate ways through immigrations in the airport?

So it's all on the immigration officer at POE - if you have pre-clearance in Germany, all the better. But best to be prepared - letter from the job, proof of return ticket, life in Germany.
