Hello! What is the best way to submit photos for the i751? I have prints of 50 or so photos. Do I attach them to printer papers with tape and write a description underneath them?

or is these some other way. Also do we include photos from wedding or after wedding? We had a court marriage in May and a cultural wedding in July. Have pics from both.

too many photos/10 of u together for wedding is probably good enough (with family or friends but not needed)  u have a marriage license issued in the US

just scan 2 or 3 to 8 x 11 paper

good to put a date under with names of individuals

Scan photos.

Place them in word document, 3-4 photos per page.

Add captions under each photo:

Date, location, occasion, names of people from left to right with relationship to each other.

Print it. Done.

This is what we've done for all of our applications with USCIS so far

If the basic requirements are solid and you provide exactly what they ask for, you technically shouldn’t need any pictures, let alone 50. We didn’t include any and we were approved without issue. They’re not interested in how many trips you go on and who you hang out with. What they want to verify is that you’re living your lives as a typical married couple as residents in the US. That’s it. You’re beyond the point where pictures should be necessary.

50 is way too much, pick out the best 10 and add anything related to them (example baseball tickets showing the date if the photo was taken at a baseball game for instance). Print them on regular paper and write a short description (with dates, names of people in the photos etc) underneath. Done.

I just copied my 5 photos on printer paper, and wrote the info by hand afterwards.

USCIS wants to see evidence of co-mingled finances and co-habitation. Focus on that, not photos.

Take a selection; don't send 50 photos.  If there's identifying information, even better.  For example, we had photos of hubs at the kids' elementary school for a parent event.  The name tag he had to wear stated his name, the date and the school. It was a great example of us interacting as a family and involved in the community.  Not required, but it definitely puts a timeline together.

Stronger evidences are best.  Named beneficiaries on life insurance, pensions and retirement plans.  Shared bills, leases/mortgages, vehicle insurances, etc.  Authorized user on a credit card and/or shared bank accounts.

Photos show you're together, but it can be an outward facade to others.  The officers want to see that you're sharing marital property and behaving as a married couple, both in public and behind closed doors.

That sounds good. I have photos of us interacting with each others families and friends at various occasions. Birthdays, weddings, holidays etc.

I am including all of our shared insurances, beneficiary documents joint bank statements, tax returns.

We have one joint credit card, but the statement only shows the primary holder which is me. But the physical cards have the same number with our individual names. Should we send a photo of our 2 cards?

Also, the house was bought my spouse before I officially moved so I’m only on the home insurance not the actual mortgage.

I wouldn't stress too much about the CC.  If they want to look at bank accounts, they will.

Not unusual for the mortgage to be in one name.  Being on the insurance is good though.

Don't overly stress.  If your relationship is legitimate, that will translate.  You sound like everything is covered - the mundane, yet important, day to day is covered.  Just put yourself in the shoes of the Officer.  All you got were pictures and a tax return...that raises an eyebrow or two for a whole multitude of reasons from fake relationship to spousal abuse.  A couple in a bonafide relationship making the effort of naming one another on all these insurances, accounts and documents in addition to presenting themselves as a married couple to family and friends appears pretty well rounded.  When you can confidently answer questions regarding the relationship and all that's gone into it during the interview - it's just confirming the legitimacy of it.

Thanks! I tend to stress haha. Especially because my process hasn’t been smooth at all. They sent me a 10 year card instead of a 2 and then I to do the whole i90 and finally got the correct card 😭.

Every time I travel back to US the border agent always asks where is my 10 year because that’s what they see in their system. Hoping this doesn’t cause any issue with my removal of conditions ugh

Hopefully your honesty earns you some brownie points!

We had to do an I-90 for Kid2's GC for the opposite reason - kiddo should have gotten a 10 year but received a 2 year.  Interestingly enough, we sill received a notice to remove conditions, despite having corrected the issue and had the 10 year card in hand.  It would appear that different departments of the same agencies don't talk, let alone cross agency talk.  Just save your notices and keep good records.

Also, if you haven't already, make sure you're keeping a spreadsheet of travel in and out of the US.  If you decide naturalization is in your future, it's WAY easier to have this already sorted.

Ahh okay. Was there any issues when you applied for ROC? I was thinking of including the I-9 receipt with my 751 but don’t want to add confusion. I did call USCIS and spoke to an agent and they said they see the 2 year card on their end and see that I applied for the I-90 to get the 10 year card corrected and destroyed. But I guess they don’t update customs and border patrol systems.

I did consular processing and we waited until the day after our second anniversary to come across the border and activate our green cards.  2 out of the 3 cards had updated status from CR-1/CR-2 to IR-1/IR-2 but Kid2's didn't for whatever reason.

CBP, USCIS and DOS don't seem to communicate with each other.  If that were the case, the system should have shown us as IR's when they stamped our passports.  But it didn't.  I had to pay the extortionate fees for the kids to get certificates of citizenship when they received derivative citizenship from me because even though I was able to get them US passports issued by DOS.  DOS & USCIS don't communicate and USCIS doesn't recognize the passport as proof of citizenship.  It's all a bit asinine and disorganized IMO.
