What is the processing time if you filed I-130 online?

Online filings still go to one of the USCIS Service Centers.

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You posted this under Tourist Visas (which is not related to USCIS Service Centers).  For what visa category will the I-130 be submitted?

As Crazy Cat said, it will depend on the visa category. If it’s an immediate relative (spouse, dependent child or parent) then about 16 months is the current processing time, you can check it here - https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

 

Then the timescale for the second stage of the process will depend on which consulate, it can vary a lot depending on that.

Seems a Spousal case with a potential Misrep issue.

To find out which USCIS processing office is handling your petition after filing online, check the "receipt notice" you receive after submitting your application; the first few letters of the 13-character receipt number will identify the USCIS service center processing your case. 

 

processing time depends on to many factors like number of petitions received, petitions still in processing office, country and embassy, all documents needed received and/if RFE needed
