The beneficiary must upload their documents onto the CEAC site. The petitioner must upload the financial sponsorship documents. Beneficiary can have help uploading them ..

Please help me, i dont know how to fix the applicant last name showing typo mistake. is there way to edit or i can contact support team to assist?

You need to submit an enquiry to NVC to get it corrected. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html?wcmmode=disabled

Good luck.

Follow the advice very carefully and make sure you upload everything required - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents.html

And do check the country specific document details too.

Hello,

I submitted my parent petition for immigration of an alien relative, which was approved and sent to the NVC but I noticed on NVC letter my mom’s last name is not correct although its was submitted correct last name in Form I-130.

How can this be corrected?  on I-130 side as well as NVC (ceac site login)

Anyone had face this issue encounter and how to fixed it ? please suggest.

Already asked and answered on your other thread -

If the I-130 is correct then you don’t need to do anything with that. Good luck.

Your parents will need to do a medical exam locally at the medical facility that is authorized to do them by the US Embassy. Their medical report will either be sent directly to the Embassy by the medical facility or your parents will each be given a sealed envelope to hand carry to their interview appointment. It will not be uploaded to NVC.

I would wait until NVC gives you an interview schedule for your parents and then schedule the medical exam to happen 7-14 days before the interview

Follow the instructions on the usual website - the consulate specific instructions can be found there. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-10-prepare-for-the-interview.html

Because Islamabad has such a big backlog and the visa will only be valid for 6 months from the date of the medical, I agree with the above - don’t schedule it until just before a confirmed interview date.

You  can not schedule or have exam till the notice comes for the medical/  you need that document to schedule the exams for parents

Not necessarily, some doctors are happy to schedule medicals without the interview letter (ours was). But booking it too early definitely wouldn’t be a good idea as then the visa validity period would be reduced.
