Not really sure how this website, but I was wondering what would the best way to avoid denial be? Please try to be understanding, my fiance was 15 when we first started dating and I was 19 about to turn 20 but now she's legal, she's 18 at the moment and will turn 19 in a few months. What can I do to avoid denial for the k1 visa as she's the petitioner? I love her with all my heart and I just want to be with her in the US asap, fees are not an issue. Thank you, any help would be greatly appreciated

what country/embassy?

have you checked poverty guidelines to see if she has income to support the petition?

Has she checked health care insurance to see if she can provide u with insurance?

and you say fees are not an issue but do you know the fees to AOS after US marriage as they are over $2000?

To be serious young people can marry and often do but income is so important not only for immigration but for a good life and to have a family

If u were my son I would say both of u need to look into furthering your education and hold off on marriage

time goes faster than u think and entering into this with a good career later on has all the advantages

good luck to u both and i wish u well

Keep the coresspondence open and visit each other as much as possible so u know each other well

We haven't filed it yet, but I am the beneficiary and I live in Canada. She's able to support the petition fees & and she has health insurance. And yeah, I'm aware about the AOS fees I have money saved up. We just want to be together and start a life together in the states asap, and we'll also have a joint sponsor if anything.

she has to buy it for u the bene and its expensive even if she can add u to a work place policy

if I was on my husband's at work, it would require the family plan even though there is only 2 of us and that is an extra $450 monthly plus the $3000 deductible unless u have a co insurance

I only mention insurance as this is normally one of the things she will need to prove she has checked into and can afford for u (usually in high fraud countries which Canada is not ) but Canadians can now answer your query as they know best

Even on the K1 you have time to attend tech school or college as your wait is about 2 years for K1 or CR 1
