Hi,

 

NVC keeps rejecting tge correct civil document referring us to go to document finder and issue document from correct authority. We have the correct document as listed in document finder and we have explained this in the comments and they still keep rejecting sending back the same message. They do not have a phone number to contact. Can some please provide any suggestions please

Please give more details so we can help - which document, what consulate, what have you provided?
