No way in the world this would have happened any time soon under previous administration. I am susprised about this.

Good news for some people!

Just for clarification, I meant 'good news' because less requirements means less things that can go wrong. I am not anti-vax or anything.... We just are past the point where Covid is no longer really dangerous to society, so seems good to remove the requirement. It's kinda like if there was a requirement for everyone having Dengue vaccine and they got rid of that requirement. This would be good because Dengue isn't really a huge health to concern US society even though it could be a pretty serious illness.

I know - and I also know in places where COVID shots aren't available local physicians waive that requirement but in some places that stick to it and won't mark waived...

I would be cautious of trusting anything other than the USCIS requirements. Meaning, if a change is made, it could take time to implement. Whatever stage you are in, be sure to read all documents from USCIS and comply accordingly.

I'm happy to hear this but also angry since the vaccination was forced on me to enter on CR-1.

There is likely a whole lot more people like you who will now come forward saying this. They should have NEVER included an experimental vaccine in the list and force people to take it (or any other, but that is just my opinion).
