1st   thank you for doing a timeline and saying Panama is the country

 

2nd  the USCIS processing will be slow and yours is now entered into the system 

if  u are on the site to see updates , u may see case updated from time to time / these tickels (updates ) mean many different things but the main thing to understand is when an officer actually reviews the case and either approves the petition as completed properly or issues an RFE for something missing 

Approved K1 case will go to NVC and you will be assigned embassy code case number starting with PNM

the list for K1 in Panama is not long so u should be able to schedule interview according to the rules fairly easy and quick after the case sent to Panama City
