I am the principal applicant for EB2 NIW and I recently submitted my DS-260 on the caec website after paying the Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fees for myself and accompanying family members. I am expected to send my civil documents to NVC by post since i cannot upload them on the website. Please , I need answers to the following questions:

1. Do i include our passport photographs as part of the documents?

2.  If yes , how should the photographs be attached?

3. Do I staple my photocopied documents ( like the passport, birth certificate, etc) separately from my family members though they will be put in the same envelope?

These are the issues troubling me and I will be grateful for your kind responses. thank you.

All EB1/EB2 cases are mail only. I just went through this and got documentarily qualified for EB1A

Here is what I did:

Include an index of exhibits like the following

INDEX OF EXHIBITS

Principal: John, Doe

Exhibit 1 John Doe's valid unexpired passport

Exhibit 2 John Doe's Birth Certificate with translation

Exhibit 3 Marriage Certificate with translation

Exhibit 4 Divorce Certificate for ex spouse with translation

Exhibit 5 Divorce Certificate for ex spouse with translation

Exhibit 6 Military Records with translation

Exhibit 7 Police Certificate with translation

Spouse: Angelina, Jolie

Exhibit 8 Angelina Jolie's valid unexpired passport

Exhibit 9 Angelina Jolie's Birth Certificate with translation

Exhibit 10 Police Certificate with translation

And yes you always include the photocopies of original documents first, followed by it's translation.

The method above worked for me and I received a DQ notice after 2 weeks.
