Hello I’m Faith, My fiancé and babies parents/grandparents are US citizens and he is currently going through the IR2 visa priority date April 2020. We realise it’s a long wait is there any other visa we can get over quicker. I also have a health & social care level 2 diploma would this get me on any visa to work?

Unfortunately not.  Also - derivative beneficiaries are not allowed for that type of petition.  Are  you aware that you and your children will not be allowed to immigrate with him?

I assume the plan is to marry and file after he becomes a LPR

Do you mean F1? IR2 shouldn’t take 5 years. How old was your fiancé when they petitioned him?
