I petitioned my 2 unmarried children above 21 yo in April 2018 at the same time and I am a US Citizen. One case has an update in May 2024 that it was moved to ELIS while the other one has not been moved yet as of this writing.

Will there be any difference in processing their petitions?

How long would you estimate before their visas will be available? They're in the Philippines.

Thanks and God bless.

Cases with March 2012 now have visas available. So priority date of April 2018 puts them at roughly 2031 to get visa numbers.

At the very earliest maybe 2035?

No difference at all, the other one will be moved at some point as well - all cases are being made electronic. It doesn’t affect anything though.

I’d concur with @Boiler’s guess, assuming they don’t get married between now and then.

Good luck.
