Where to send my withdrawal letter?

Hi all. Question here. I want to send by mail a I-130 petitioner withdrawal letter to a USCIS center but my problem is that  I can't find an address for this. I'm a Florida filler and my receipt number start with IOE, which is an Electronical filing process. All I could find a LOCKBOX P.O box address in Phoenix which I am not sure of. Hope someone can help!  Thanks in advance.

The service center address should be on the I130 receipt notice.

@Steve777, please indicate in your post what process you have filed so this post can be removed from the K1 AOS forum and to the correct one. 

Your VJ timeline is completely blank (which needs to be filled out also) so we cannot determine who you are (USC or GC Holder) and who your beneficiary is (parent/ sibling/ child/ spouse). That info is extremely important so that others in THIS forum do not get confused as it is K1/K3 Visa AOS SPECIFIC and I130s are NOT filed by them during the AOS process.
